Coaching shall last for a term of 3 months. Client may terminate coaching upon giving 30 days notice to the Company at kirstenmredding@gmail.com but no refund will be given and full fee will still be due. Company reserves the right to collect any outstanding and unpaid balance of the 3 month contract through collections.
Company may terminate this Agreement at any time in the event Client breaches contract, Client fails to comply with suggestions provided by Coach without reaching an agreeable alternative solution, or Client does not remit payment.
